1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to nsr4d. By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by nsr4d (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and nsr4d (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of nsr4d services after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" refers to the nsr4d website accessible at nsr4d.cam and all associated mobile-optimized versions, services, software, and applications.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access Platform services, identified by a unique username and password.
• "User," "Player," "you" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform's services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering opportunity offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other promotional credit provided by nsr4d to Users.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the Platform.
• "KTP" refers to Kartu Tanda Penduduk, the Indonesian national identity card required for account verification.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by nsr4d to comply with security and regulatory standards.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use nsr4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. nsr4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are legally present within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and use.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nsr4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• You are registering the Account for personal use only. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties, operating accounts for commercial purposes, or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or payment details, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from nsr4d or any other gambling platform due to problem gambling, fraud, or violation of terms of service.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use nsr4d services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You will select a unique username and secure password during registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify nsr4d of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other breach of security. nsr4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same User through IP address matching, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, or other means, we reserve the right to suspend or close all related accounts and void any associated bets, winnings, and bonuses.

4.4 KYC Verification

nsr4d implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

nsr4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated in promotional terms. Deposits via BCA and BRI are typically instant; other payment methods may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times are 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours for security review.

nsr4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger security alerts. We implement anti-money-laundering procedures that may require you to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in promotional terms.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in IDR. nsr4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits or withdrawals.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

nsr4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 25-30x) before they can be withdrawn. Only qualifying bets contribute to wagering requirements.
• Game Weighting: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While using bonus funds, maximum bet limits may apply (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus per Account at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse Prevention: nsr4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting system errors.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. nsr4d is not responsible for user errors in bet placement. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obvious errors (such as incorrect odds display) or technical malfunctions.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and live betting are governed by specific rules published in our sportsbook section. Results are determined based on official statistics providers. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be void or settled according to dead-heat rules depending on circumstances.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer games, and table games are provided by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its published rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentage. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnect during gameplay, bets are settled according to the state of the game at the time of disconnection.

7.4 Results and Settlement

nsr4d uses reputable third-party data providers to determine sports betting results. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in results or payouts within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nsr4d and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform, including technical failures, server downtime, or connection issues.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or personal data.
• Loss of winnings due to user error, including incorrect bet placement or failure to cash out.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or banking system failures.
• Any gambling losses incurred while using the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. nsr4d does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

nsr4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• You have created multiple accounts or allowed third parties to access your Account.
• You have abused bonuses or exploited system vulnerabilities.
• Your account activity suggests problem gambling or self-exclusion violations.

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. However, we reserve the right to void bets and withhold balances if termination results from Terms violations. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requires withdrawal of all remaining balance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of nsr4d services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: You agree to first contact nsr4d customer support to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.
2. Escalation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 14 days, you may escalate your complaint by email to our disputes department at the contact address provided below.
3. Final Decision: nsr4d's decision on disputes shall be final and binding unless you pursue formal legal action in an appropriate jurisdiction.
